Identified

Due to an issue on Microsoft Azure, cluster creation, modification, and certain healing operations for clusters on or including this cloud provider are delayed. Customers affected will see the "blue bar" for an extended period of time. Please check Azure's status page for updates and suggested times of resolution: https://status.azure.com/en-us/status

Additionally, customers using Azure Active Directory for authentication into Atlas or into their MongoDB clusters may experience issues at this time.
