MongoDB Charts: Increased number of failures for some organizations

Between 21:00 UTC and 23:30 UTC on 29 November 2022, Atlas Charts users may have seen an increased number of failures. A new backend infrastructure deployment was incorrectly configured which affected Organizations where the "Require IP Access List for the Atlas Administration API" was enabled. The requests that were routed through this infrastructure returned errors. The issue was resolved by routing requests away from the affected infrastructure before the configuration was fixed.
