During this period, the MongoDB Cloud UI (Atlas and Cloud Manager) as well as the public API was unavailable for many users. No monitoring or backup data was lost. Atlas clusters continued operating without issue. MongoDB Realm was unaffected.

Monitoring

We have identified an issue that caused only the Web interface for MongoDB Cloud Manager and Atlas. Atlas clusters were unaffected. We have implemented a solution and are monitoring to ensure that the solution is effective.
