MongoDB Atlas: Free tier cluster creation and modification results in browser error

From approximately Wed Apr 21 2021 16:35 UTC to Wed Apr 21 2021 18:20 UTC, users attempting to create or modify free tier clusters would get a blank browser page. Existing clusters were unaffected as well as creation and modification of M10 or higher clusters. We apologize for the inconvenience.
