This incident is now resolved. Approximately 20 minutes of monitoring data for Atlas and Cloud Manager clusters was lost. Backups and Atlas clusters were unaffected. Alerts would have been delayed during this time.

We have identified an issue causing slow page loads and monitoring data delays in MongoDB Cloud. Cloud backups and Atlas clusters are unaffected. We expect a resolution around 16:05 UTC and will update this post when complete.
