As of approximately 18:05 UTC, all monitoring and alert delays have resolved. Monitoring data was not lost.

Atlas clusters were unaffected.

Monitoring

Since approximately 17:50 UTC on 1 September 2020, page loads of the MongoDB Cloud interface (both Cloud Manager and Atlas) may have been delayed. Some monitoring data is delayed as well. We have identified the issue, released a fix, and are monitoring the situation to ensure complete recovery.
