A fix has been deployed to the control portal resolving this issue. Users may resume using Login via Google for access.

Identified

MongoDB Cloud users who login to the control portal via Google authentication will be unable to login. Users who are currently logged in will be able to remain logged in.

A workaround exists where the user can use the same email address they use for authentication via Google and use our self-service password reset. Once reset, they can use that username and password to login to Cloud. When this issue is resolved, they can reconfigure authentication via Google.
