Identified

We have identified an issue where cluster creation and certain healing operations in AWS's eu-north-1 region are delayed and will not complete. We are working with our upstream providers to address this. Customers affected will see the blue bar and messages about being unable to complete the operation. Atlas will retry on its own continuously, or customers can cancel the cluster creation at their option.
