As of approximately 16:30 UTC on 27 August 2020, all error rates and latencies have returned to normal. During the incident, customers may have seen timeouts and errors from Realm functions and webhooks.

Since approximately 14:30 UTC on 27 August 2020, we have received reports of elevated error rates and request latencies in Realm apps across all regions and providers. We are investigating and will provide additional updates shortly.
