Monitoring

This issue should be resolved, but we are continuing to monitor. Cloud Manager customers should see any "Backup Agent Down" alerts resolve shortly.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the MongoDB Cloud Backup service.

* Some Cloud Manager customer may have received a false alert for "Backup Agent Down"
* A small percentage of Cloud Manager and Atlas customers may have encountered an issue performing a point in time restore
