On 2 April 2024, Atlas will be undergoing maintenance for approximately 10 minutes at 12:00AM UTC. During this time, users will be unable to login or sign up to all MongoDB Applications (Cloud, Support, University, etc). Users who are already logged in will not see any interruptions, but will be unable to manage their accounts (changing passwords, usernames, etc) during this time.

Will my clusters be affected during the maintenance?

No customer cluster will be affected during this time and they will be functioning as normal.

Will my data be affected during the maintenance?

No customer data will be affected.

Will the Admin APIs be down during the maintenance?

The admin APIs will still be accessible during this time and function as normal.

Do I have to take any actions on my account?

No actions need to be taken.

I need to perform a change as soon as possible, what can I do?

If possible, please try and perform the change prior to the maintenance window. Once the maintenance is over, you’d also be able to access your account again.
