Identified
We have identified an issue causing API and web UI slowdowns and failures. Customer clusters may falsely display in the UI as down. Third-party metrics aggregators may not receive metrics at this time. Customers may see the "blue bar" for an extended period of time if requesting new clusters, cluster modifications, or during certain healing operations. Atlas cluster health remains healthy. Alerts are not being sent at this time.

This issue may also cause the Atlas web UI and API endpoints to load slowly or not at all. Atlas clusters remain healthy.
